Refund policy

At My Athlete HQ, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy, subject to the terms outlined below.

My Athlete HQ is operated by Charmed Heights LLC, a United States registered limited liability company.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery of your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and components must be included

  • The product must not show signs of assembly, installation, or wear

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

The restocking fee covers inspection, repackaging, processing, and administrative handling costs.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Free Return Shipping

For eligible returns, My Athlete HQ provides a prepaid return shipping label.

Return shipping must be arranged through our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 – Contact Us

Email support@myathletehq.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or defective)

Step 2 – Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) along with detailed instructions.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Step 3 – Prepare the Package

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all components.

Step 4 – Attach Label & Ship

Attach the prepaid return label and drop the package at the designated shipping carrier location provided in the instructions.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. The item will be inspected.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed minus the 25% restocking fee.

  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  4. Please allow up to 10–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the returned item does not meet eligibility requirements, we may:

  • Reject the return, or

  • Apply additional deductions if the item shows damage or missing components.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

In such cases, we will work to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution. Restocking fees do not apply to verified defective or damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Clearance or discounted promotional items

  • Assembled or installed equipment

  • Used items

  • Products marked non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons

Non-returnable items will be clearly stated on the product page.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.
Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return process.
