  • Non-Returnable Conditions: Items that are used or damaged may not qualify for refund or exchange. Bare Steel products are not returnable due to rust. To prevent rust, we recommend Cerakote or Hard Chrome finishes.
  • Cerakote & Hard Chrome Items: These are custom orders and may only be refunded for the cost of the bare steel item. Any exchanges will require a new coating fee.
  • Shipping: Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Oversized and freight items may incur additional fees. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations must cover shipping both ways.
